Graduate, REALTOR® Institute

Succeeding in today's competitive environment takes more than just motivation. The GRI designation gives you a competitive edge as a REALTOR® well-versed in all fundamentals of real estate. This highly coveted designation shows your commitment to excellence, professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Why earn the GRI?

GRI curriculum: the pinnacle of real estate training

You can't find more relevant real estate professional development, period.

Each state establishes its own GRI curriculum based on NAR requirements, making it the most comprehensive real estate training available on the market. Offering the most relevant and state-specific material, GRI training provides a broader scope of professional development more than any other real estate designation.

Build credibility, gain confidence, reach real estate mastery

Since the GRI is only held by some of real estate's top performers, it's no wonder the designation brings success! Why think about working toward your GRI? Because you need to:

  • Have a strong education and enhanced knowledge for a competitive edge.
  • Establish credibility with buyers, sellers and your community.
  • Navigate the market successfully no matter the condition.
Earn credibility for life

No additional membership dues or fees are required to keep the GRI behind your name. Once you receive it, you have it for life. That means credibility for life.
