WRA Broker Club Benefits

If your firm subscribes to the Broker Club, your students can take the pre-license sales course at a reduced fee. Firms must register students online at wra.org/CompEdPrograms in order to receive the discounted rate. The WRA provides the broker with status emails of the student’s progression throughout the course, and brokers may also monitor student progress online via the student progress report. Students registering directly through the WRA will not receive the discounted rate. Please contact the WRA for pricing.

Sales and broker pre-license courses

The broker club offers two programs that include all or some of the options below. Contact the WRA for complete program details.

  • On Demand program: This course is entirely online with videos and interactive reading exercises. Students have the option of printing their own book or purchasing a hard-copy book. At the completion of the class, the student will be able to print their own certificate. You will receive periodic notices on the progress of the student. Students have six months from the date of registration to complete the program.
  • Classroom: The broker must register the students taking the classroom course in order to receive the discount. Discounts will not be given after registration. Attendance is required for the eight days of class from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The certificate of completion is emailed to the student upon completion of the class, and the information is updated in the student’s WRA file.

It is recommended that students complete the course in three to four months. Students achieve the most success by completing four chapters per month. During this time, students have access to the WRA’s trainer and WRA attorneys for content-related questions. The DSPS requires the completion certificate in order to issue a salesperson license. 

Continuing education discount 

Membership in the Broker Club provides your agents with a company discount rate for the CE On Demand Plus courses. Agents individually register and pay for their courses and the discount is applied in the shopping cart upon check-out. Coursework can begin immediately — each course consists of printable reading materials, video presentations, practice quizzes and the final exam. 

CE On Demand Plus Pricing: 

  • 1-3 courses: $24 per course 
  • 4-5 courses: $21 per course 
  • All 6 courses: $19 per course ($114 for all six courses)

 How does the CE company discount work?

  • Agents pay the WRA directly by registering online using a Visa or MasterCard. 
  • After registering, agents will access courses through the myWRA section of the website. 
  • Upon completing the course and passing the exam, agents can print the certificate of completion.
  • Agents have three attempts to pass the exam, with a 4-hour waiting period between retakes.

Quick Start discount 

This innovative activity-based program, designed for both new and veteran agents, is structured into four one-day courses. Each course will teach you the tips, tools and strategies to launch and/ or enhance your real estate career.

Quick Start features include: 
  • Integrated reinforcement boosts after class is over to implement what you learned.
  • Shorter, more frequent exercises so you learn the content correctly the first time.
  • Pre-programmed spreadsheets to download and use for budgeting, tracking expenses and other financial musts for your business.
  • Editable checklists that you can customize with your content for your buyers.
Per module pricing:
  • Member: $75/course 
  • Nonmember: $80/course 
  • Broker Club member agent: $55/course

All 4 modules pricing:

  • Member: $240 
  • Nonmember: $260 
  • Broker Club member agent: $170

Designation course discount

When your agents register for one of the WRA designation courses, they automatically receive a discount on their course fees ranging from $25 off for a one-day course and $50 off on a two-day course.
