  • Value and role of the buyer representative: Understand your duties and responsibilities and learn what is important to buyers.
  • Buyer counseling: Conduct a successful counseling session that educates the buyer, builds trust and leads to a signed buyer representation agreement. 
  • Search-showing-selection process: Identify ways to manage a buyer's expectations. 
  • Offers and negotiations: Protecting buyer interests, working toward the purchase contract, planning a negotiation strategy.
  • From contract to closing: Guide your client through the home inspection, appraisal and closing process.
