10 REALTOR® Resolutions
Make the “I wish I hads” of 2006 the “I did its” of 2007.
Review your business plan and goals for 2006. Celebrate your success.
Use that momentum to set your goals for 2007. Set up a reminder system to
check in with yourself during the year, celebrate your successes along the way
or alter your performance to get back on track.
Check your license renewal at
drl.wi.gov.
Take your continuing education early; don’t wait till December of 2008!
Start January 1 keeping records of your mileage and set aside a spot to
collect your receipts and expense records. Tax time will be here before we
know it.
Set your self apart by obtaining a new REALTOR® designation in 2007. The
WRA’s Designation Guide is available at
www.wra.org/DesHandBK.
Strive to behave in a professional and courteous manner with respect to
all consumers and real estate professionals. “Do unto others.”
Be good to yourself and family and include relaxation time in your
schedule.
If things go wrong in a deal, talk to the other agent. Mend the fence and
negotiate resolutions.
