  • Make the “I wish I hads” of 2006 the “I did its” of 2007.
  • Review your business plan and goals for 2006. Celebrate your success.

  • Check your license renewal at drl.wi.gov.
  • Take your continuing education early; don’t wait till December of 2008!
  • Start January 1 keeping records of your mileage and set aside a spot to collect your receipts and expense records. Tax time will be here before we know it.
  • Set your self apart by obtaining a new REALTOR® designation in 2007. The WRA’s Designation Guide is available at www.wra.org/DesHandBK.
  • Strive to behave in a professional and courteous manner with respect to all consumers and real estate professionals. “Do unto others.”
  • Be good to yourself and family and include relaxation time in your schedule.
  • If things go wrong in a deal, talk to the other agent. Mend the fence and negotiate resolutions.
